FXCM not listed in the Account Connections - Provider list

I own a single-broker lifetime Ninjatrader license and have been trading only futures.

I'm starting to look at trading FX and had just signed up for a FXCM demo account.

I was trying to set up the FXCM account connection in Ninjatrader but am unable to locate FXCM in the Provider list to enable me to key in my FXCM ID and password.

Please will anyone be able to help.
