    ZS historical tick data missing

    Hello,

historical tick data is missing from 29th november to 9th december for soybeans.

I'm on CQG and have already tried to reload historical data.

    Please check this.

    Hello walter79,

    Thank you for your post.

I was able to reproduce this issue, and I have forwarded your report to our data server department. I will provide you with an update once I have more information on this matter.

      Hello TylerG,

      Thank you for your answer.

Is the historical data always coming from your servers regardless of which provider i'm connected to? I thought cqg or esignal for example deliver the historical data on their side?

        Hello Walter,

This is not always coming from our servers, eSignal provides their own historical data.

Only with Zen-Fire, CQG, Gain and FXCM our historical data server is used.

          Hello Vince,

          thanks for clarification.

Is there any other provider which delivers historical data on his own? What about Kinetick?

            Hello walter79,

Kinetick provides its own historical data. Each data provider offers different types of historical data. For a complete list of which data providers offer historical data (and what types of historical data they offer), please see the following link:

              I'm somehow confused.

Vince said "Only with Zen-Fire, CQG, Gain and FXCM our historical data server is use".

But the documentation says "Historical data is provided by our connectivity providers that offer historical data as part of their service" and so with CQG, FXCM and ZenFire it should come from their servers.

Maybe you should clarify this a little bit better in the documentation.

                Hello walter79,

The data providers that Vince mentioned work with us to provide historical data to users.

While NinjaTrader may maintain certain data servers for some data providers, the data provided is from the original source. What the documentation currently states is true - that it is provided as part of their service, and originates from their data feed.
