Ver. 18 Kinetick data plot problems

This link is to a Flash capture of the problem as it occurs. At the first tick of a new 5 min bar, the plot of the close will change dramatically from the current price while the actual price continues to be shown correctly on the right scale. F5 resolves the problem. Seems to occur every 20 mins. or so. It does not occur with a Zen-Fire feed or with other bar types. The attached thumbnail png shows an earlier occurance of the same behavior.

    Hello glennts,

    Thanks for your post.

Please try resetting your instruments and clearing your cache.
To do this disconnect and go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
Exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in Windows
    (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
Delete the contents within this folder
    Restart and test

        Hello glennts,

        Thanks for your reply.

In your video you typed that you are charting the 6E 03-04
Please ensure you have the 6E 03-14 selected as this is the current contract.
If you had the 6E 03-14 selected and that was a typo, do you see this happen if you open a new 6E 03-14 chart with no indicators/templates applied?

            Hello glennts,

            Thanks for your reply.

I'm glad to hear that worked for you.
I would recommend adding the indicators back 1 at a time and testing to see if the issue re occurs after a specific indicator is added. That way you can tell if a indicator may be causing it or if the chart just got corrupt.
