    Failed to Download NinjaTrader V.18

    I just tried to download Ninja V.18 but I'm getting the following error message:
    "Failed to download NinjaTrader".

    Please advise.

    Thanks for your post.

    In order to download or upgrade NinjaTrader you may need to clear your browser cache. Please follow the steps listed below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

    * Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
    * Delete your browsing history
    * Sync your PC clock *see instructions below
    * Attempt the download again

    If the above does not work then try:

    * Repeat above instructions
    * Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download


    *Please use the steps below to change your Time Zone and sync the PC clock, note to set the server to time.nist.gov.
    You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Press 'Change time zone...' Set the Time zone and press 'OK'.
    Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

      Hi Brandon

      Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested and tried it with Internet Explorer as well as Firefox, but it doesn't work.

      Edit: I also tried to download it with Chrome but it doesn't work either.

          I am also having this problem. Could someone please advise me on what I need to do. I followed Brandon's directions below, but still have the same problems, no matter which browser I use for the download. Thanks!

              Hello, I have the same problem. Wanted to reinstall Ninjatrader, deleted the existing version, but later when tried to run the file "Setup" error Failed to download Ninjatrader. I want to note that before on this system there were no such problems. I tried to disable the firewall, changed the time, but nothing helps. Please help to deal with the problem.

                Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

                To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

                Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

                We look forward to assisting you further.

                  Unfortunately I can not, because I removed it completely, and install again does not work
