        Our server teams are working on a solution to restore access to these servers, however we do not have an ETA on when they will be operational again.

          Are servers back online? Still not able to populate charts with historical data.

            At this time, the historical data servers used for a GAIN connection are still offline. We do not have an ETA on when they will be back up, but we're looking into all possible solutions.

              Status?

              It's now more than two months since this issue was identified and the GAIN servers have been offline for that period too.

              When will this be rectified?

                Error on GAIN Adapter

                This may or may not be related, but I have been seeing occasional errors on the GAIN Adapter, pulling directly from GAIN. The error popup is attached.

                Regardless of the data error encountered, a null reference in the code is in need of a bug fix. Using NT 7.0.1000.22 (64 bit).

                  Unfortunately, we still do not have an ETA at this time.

                  As per the error, do you notice any consistency between the occurrences?

                  Please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, no price in chart' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

                    Progress?

                    Any progress on this. It is now more than 3 months since the servers were taken offline. What is the ETA for restoration of this service? Thanks.

                      The historical data server is running and recording data. You can load historical data again when your Gain connection uses NinjaTrader servers for historical data.
