overflow error

    overflow error

    Hi

    log shows hundreds default overflow error, all today colured yellow

    is it a major problem?

    Hello Steve,

    So that I may further assist you could you answer the following questions.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

    Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    Could you tell me what the full error message says in your Log tab?

      Hi info,

      ninjatrader 64 bit 7.0.1000. 18

      its just says overflow error, nothing else

        Could you send me your most current log and trace files to a note to "support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com" , so I may investigate this matter further.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

        * The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

        * The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

        In the subject line you may put "Attn: JC" and in the body you may reference this thread.

          I'm seeing the same message in my log files and Ninja takes up to ten minutes to start. Logging in takes about the same, changing from sim to live also takes about 5 minutes.
          I'm running 64 bit Ninja 7.0.1000.24 on Windows 8.1 with the latest Windows patches.
