Ninja Scripts failed to restore from backup on new pc

I built a new pc and have a full backup of ninjatrader from the old pc. I am receiving this error " "NinjaScripts files can't be restored, since they would corrupt your installation" . I have months of work into these scripts and need to get to them. This is quite disheartening as I thought this was supposed to be a easy way to restore them back.
