OCO Order ZenFire

    OCO Order ZenFire

    Since I installed NT v18, the OCO order replace on market give me an error and they was rejected from NT.

    Let I know there are many problems with V18 ZenFire, but in this case is normal OCO order was rejected again ? And in the next days ?

    In order for me to help determine why this is occurring, I will need to review your log and trace files from the last date that this occurred.

    Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

    You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    * The log file will be named ‘log.20140103.txt’

    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    * The trace file will be named ‘trace.20140103.txt’

    Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.

      Thank you for sending in these files. From your trace files, you are re-using the same OCO ID. Since ZenFire now supports servers side OCO, you need to make sure you're resetting your OCO ID between each order group that is placed.
      • Right click in the SuperDOM and select the menu "OCO Order" to enable this function
      • For your first order, select the desired option from the "ATM Strategy" drop down list
      • Submit your stop order to buy above the market
      • For your second order, select the desired option from the "ATM Strategy" drop down list
      • Submit your stop order to sell below the market
      • CRITICAL Right click in the SuperDOM and select the menu "OCO Order" to disable this function


      Disabling OCO Order between order groups will help ensure that the OCO ID is reset. Otherwise if you place an order with the same ID, the error will be generated

        In fact, the first group order was fine, the second no.

            However I suggest to introduce an other button to activate or disable OCO order.

              Thank you for your feedback.

              By default, you can quickly switch this on/off by pressing CTRL + Z on your keyboard.
