Real time data (trading technologies) - Unknow instrument

Hello,

I am trying to run two strategies in my Sim101 account using real time data provided by Trading Tehcnologies connection. I do not why but when I open a chart the next message appears on my Log tab "Marketdata request was rejected: Unknown instrument (FESX-12-13)" (see first image attache). I have tried with FESX -XXXX and FESX 3-14 contract and the same message comes up.

My first thought was that I have no real data connection. However (see second image attached) I saw changes in both, Orders Tab and MInute bar FESX 3-14 chart. In brief, I am receiving real data and chart is loading but I can not run my strategies. They required FESX 1 minute data and FESX daily data (need two charts)

I thought it was I debugging problema but I ran both strategies in market replay and trades were OK. Finally, the only strange thing for me is that my Sim101 account is linked to Kinetic (see third image) as primary connection so It may reject my strategies because kinetic do not provide real time data.

Thanks for your post.



I do suspect it is from the startegies getting applied to the Kinetick connection.



Please disconnect from both providers and go to Tools> Options> Data> RepairDB

Remove the startegies from the Strategies tab

Restart NinjaTrader

Connect to Tradering Technologies and wait for it to turn green and say connected

Connected to Kinetick end Of Day (free)

Reapply your strategies and test
