    NT Splash Screen nothing else

    Hello,

    Today when I attempt to start NT I get the splash screen but nothing else.

    Can somebody please advise on what I need to do to fix this issue.

    I am using Zenfire through Mirus futures.

    Hello PeterBrazel,

    Am I correct you have your ZenFire connection setup to connect automatically on startup? If so, please send me your Config.xml file so I can disable the 'Connect on startup' setting. Subsequently I send back the Config.xml file so you can replace it on your end. Check if NinjaTrader starts properly when no connection is established on startup.

    You can find the Config.xml file at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, NT Splash Screen nothing else' in the subject header.

    ZenFire has confirmed that they are experiencing connection issues which are affecting all users across all of their supported trading platforms. ZenFire is currently working diligently to resolve their connection issues and we are posting any and all updates that we receive from ZenFire regarding these connection items to the following forum thread:

      Thanks.
      I have sent the file as requested.
      Yes it is a ZenFire connection through Mirus Futures.
      So what do I do if this enables the software to start? Can I connect manually using the platform?

        Yes, you can try connecting manually after I sent back the Config.xml file. However you will not be able to connect manually at this time due to the connecton issues with Zen-Fire.

          Thanks. Yes that works. When will I know that the connection will work? Is it safe to try to connect manually from time to time to see if the issues have been resolved or do I wait for advice?
