Critical Error

    Critical Error

    I am a Mirus/Zenfire customer but decided to try out AMP/CQG demo. I setup everything in Ninja and can run bare charts and a couple of my templates. I tried to load a workspace and am getting this error:

    "Critical Error in the chart lookup, contact support with error code #9ds8a09uf. Sorry for the error in your datastream."
    Also, in the log file just prior to this error I see, CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: F.US.DA6.Z12 could not be resolved. I don't know if this is related to the problem or not.

    I contacted AMP as it seemed to be an error with the feed. They don't know what the problem is and told me to contact Ninja. This workspace was running fine with Mirus/Zenfire prior to the total collapse of Mirus/Zenfire.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
