Help impossible installation NT7

Hello everybody ,

Happy new year 2014 !

I specify that I do not speak English very well so excuse me in advance

i have a big problem .....


It's impossible to install NT7 on my computer,for exemple I installed sierra chart without any problem but NT7 it's impossible!
it's a brand new computer with windows7professional service pack1 / 64bit .

At the beginning the Installation starts without problem and at the end, when NT7 icon appears on desktop, BOOM, the system fails and an error message appears.
I don't understand this message.

if nobody can help me here, where can i go for help?

Ninja trader have a technical service that I can contact?
can they take control of my pc to solve problem

yes I see very well which files "log" and "trace" in my document you want , because I know very well ninja, I'm on demo above for 6 months but on another computer, the old computer (that I still matter)

but on my new computer there is nothing because the install is not going through, there is nothing in the document about ninja trader, the only file after I have tried to install is on drive C, it is a TMP file in bin directory.

There are some days I transferred all the directories of my demo account of my old computer in my new computer, but I've changed my mind and I erased everything.

I thought install ninja trader normally as if it was the first time that I had.
Maybe I did a silly thing on the new computer ....


The code and error message on the picture I posted does nothing reminds you? This is not an error message that you know?

I was thinking of doing a system restore before the date when I can be made a stupidity ....

While I'm not positive about this, the error message seems to say 'Could not load file or assembly 'sorttbls.nlp' or one of its dependencies. specifies the file is not found.'

This message can indicate a corruption in the .NET framework.

If you are using Windows 7, please click the link below for instructions to re-install the .NET framework 3.5.
Start following the instructions where it reads "To Repair Manually from GUI".

If you are using Windows Vista or XP please use the directions below.

• Terminate any applications running on your PC
• Go to the Windows Control Panel
  "Add/Remove programs" for XP users or "Uninstall a program" for Vista and for Windows 7 the option to uninstall/install a program is called “Programs and Features”
• Locate and uninstall the .NET Framework
• If your highest version is 4.0 or greater than do not continue with these instructions and let us know and we will follow up with further instructions
• If your highest version is 3.5 then proceed and uninstall this version and skip the next line
• If your highest version is 2.0 then proceed and uninstall this version
• Install version 3.5 of the .NET Framework which contains the 2.0 version which is required by NinjaTrader 7 Download from here
• After the install please check for updates to the .Net Framework with the Windows Update function

Note: Do not reboot your PC in between these steps as this can potentially create more issues that we are unfortunately not qualified to assist with.

Impossible for me to do that ...

I Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1. and i say OK.......


And a message appears telling me that certain functionality has not been modified correctly

Ok so i have made a reformatting of the hard drive and a reinstallation of windows and all is ok now ...

Why would you tell someone to take their computer to a repair tech to (basically un-install and re-install .net framework?
No ill-will intended just curious????

I have suggested that he see a repair specialist as uninstalling and re-installing the .NET framework was causing errors with this user.

A full reload of windows was necessary to fix the issue. This is not easy for most users and it would be recommended to have a professional do this.
