Where is BRN (Brent crude chart)?

Hi all, I have done a little research on Google and in the forum but I couldnt find an answer. Can someone tell me how to access the BRN (Brent crude chart)? I know its an additional cost, but I want to know how to access it and how much it costs. I am currently by CQG free live demo. Thank you

Thank you for your note.

Are you able to receive historical chart data on BRN 02-14, but it does not automatically update live data?

If this is the case, it could be you are not enabled for the instrument, or the Demo does not have access to BRN.

You should see an error message similar to this in your Log tab of the Control Center:
CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: DJTIC is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.

I found it, but it is not updating live. Its a BRN 03-14. What do I need to do to activate it? If I purchase the paid version of NinjaTrader will i have it live? Thanks

Thank you for the update.

Please contact your broker for more information, if this is a demo, the demo system might not provide BRN data.

The Live or Purchased version of NinjaTrader will not resolve this.

I have just opened a BRN chart with my CQG feed but there a lot of gaps in the historical data. For example the whole week before December 23th is missing. Reloading historical data does not help.

I have confirmed this and our IT Staff is looking into this missing historical data.

An attempt to restore the data will be done this weekend during the weekend maintenance.

Gap still exists?

Hi,

How do we resolve this issue? A gap still exists when loading data from 1 Jan 2011 to present.

The data that gets loaded into the chart and can be seen in Historical Download Manager is show in attached screen clip.

I have just spoken with our data team and, unfortunately, this data cannot be restored. If this data is critical to you one option to consider would be a secondary data source. Some options here would include BarChart, eSignal, IQ Feed or Kinetick.
