    Static Dom not showing depth of market

    I signed up with kinetick for data along with the depth of market option for the DOM, but it is not showing up in the DOM, just blank spaces in the buy and sell fields, is there something I need to set up?

    Rithmic and NT v 19

    NT Support, I updated NT7 to ver 19 and noticed that there is no Rithmic provider when I try to setup a new account connection. The question is, when Dorman or AMP comes out with a solution to use Rithmic, how will NT connect with he API?

      Hello Markus,

      What happens when you right click in the DOM--> Properties--> Show Market Depth--> and set it to 'True'?

        Hello Bob,

        Most likely you have a license that is not enabled for Rithmic.

        Can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post

          Its already set to true. I had it working thru zenfire and haven't changed anything

            also the last bid and ask files aren't highlighted and in bold like they used to be for last price

              Hello Markus,

              Can you please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. Include your log and trace file as well so we can further investigate.

              In addition, please include a screenshot of the SuperDOM as well where it shows that you have the instrument up and running but no Market Depth.

              You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
              • The log file will be named "log.20140110.txt"

              You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
              • The trace file will be named "trace.20140110.txt"



              To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
