Unable to connect to CQG

    I am not aware of any connectivity issues with CQG due to the historical data server not being online. If the historical data server is not running, you can still connect to CQG and receive realtime data.

      Ninja Trader registered but can"t even Login

      I have checked the firewall, reloaded Ninja trader but still can"t login to my AMP CQG which does not even show in the new accounts. So I am stuck and cannot even get past the 1st step.
      I am now looking through the forums to see if i can find anything.
      Help needed..

        Are you saying that you are unable to create your connection or that you receive an error when attempting to connect?

          Can not connect at all?

          i try and setup my account but i have no CQG to select just the other selections like kinetic, Yahoo etc. So I have tried it anyway and it will say incorrect password or account, I have contacted Global Futures as well and still waiting for their reply?
          So ever since i have downloaded Ninja I have always had that firewall message come up.
          I have deleted and reloaded Ninja software at least 4 times so far.
          Could it be my third party license stopping me which is School Of Trade which i have already loaded into Ninja but before that anyway I always had that firewall message come up.

          So one of the problem is I have no CQG to load up my account to chose from?
          Can't load up account as it says it is incorrect (no cqg)
          Firewall message keeps coming up on loading Ninja.
          Only 1 good thing I can get a green connection signal when I load up 1 of the other connections..
          I cannot load any recent charts?
          So overall i cannot create a connection? No CQG to chose when creating account.

            Hello TheOrca,

            Could it be the firewall is blocking NinjaTrader? Please configure your firewall so it does not block NinjaTrader and check again. If NinjaTrader cannot connect to its license server, the license key cannot be verified. Therefore you cannot select CQG when creating a new connection.

            If the issue remains, please send me the license key you have entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key. You can send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, Unable to connect to CQG' in the subject header.
