Missing Continuum in provider list

    Missing Continuum in provider list

    I have upgrade to 20 but when I try to create new account connection I don't see Continuum in this list. Does this mean I have to get an updated license?

    Hello jim380,

    This indicates your license key is still set to a different broker technology. Please see the link below to switch your license key to Continuum.

        If I have a multi-broker license, do I still need to follow the license conversion process (as a Mirus client) to access Continuum? Will that have any impact on my other connections? I do not see Continuum in V21, but just wanted to make sure there wasn't any negative impact to my other connections before I went ahead with the conversion.

          Hello,

          Thank you for your post.

          Your license key would also need to be converted. This would not have an impact on any of the other connection sources which you use.

            I just want to be 100% sure about this. I have a lifetime multi-broker license. I transferred my main trading account from Mirus to Amp when all this ZenFire nonsense started, but I left behind my smaller trading account since at the moment I am not actively trading it.
            The account I left behind already clears through Dorman. If I upgrade to v.21 and change my license key will I still be able to trade at AMP?

                License Conversion to Continuum

                I have the same issue as was solved in Post #2 below....but the Link is dead. Could you please direct me how to Convert from Rithmic to Continuum, as Continuum is not listed as a choice of Data Provider?

                    NT8 multi-license

                    I beleive I purchased a multi-license? Anyway, I've opened a Dorman account and want to switch to Continuum but don't see the option in connections. What do I do??
