    Continuum - Not getting real time data

    i connected to Cotinuum, but my NT doesn't move, the price freeze.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

    Can you please reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments.

    If that doesn't work try right clicking in the chart--> Reload all historical data. Otherwise try exiting and restarting NinjaTrader.

    Let us know if this corrects your issue.

      Hi,

      Thanks for your report; can please clarify which instruments you're attempting to load? Are there any messages in Yellow on the Log tab of the Control Center?

        just reset instrument, chart is working, thank you for your quick help

          FDAX 03-14 not enabled for real time level

          I'm getting this message in the log when I connect to Continuum.

            Please contact your broker for information about receiving real time data for the FDAX
