    Input series stuck on 10 min

    When I apply a strategy to a chart, the input series gets stuck on 10 min, no matter what my chart data is. I am using a RenkoHybrid 4 tick chart (and others) and it changes it to a 10 minute in the input series line. It still looks like a 4 tick, but it is not. What the heck is going on?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please shut down NinjaTrader > then go to the following directory on your PC: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Strategy > then delete the file with your strategy's name > finally restart NinjaTrader and advise if the same item is seen in your Input Series as before.

            Seems this may be related to the installation of NinjaTrader. Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

              Hello everyone,

              I just wanted to post the resolution for this.

              So we found that this was being changed from another Strategy inside of NinjaScript. Most likely due to using some unsupported methods in Initialize().

              Removing this script restored normal functionality.
