Session Times vs PC Times

I am trying to set up the appropriate session times for a TPO chart for the USD/Yen contract. The CME FX session time starts at 5 pm CST. Since I am on the West Coast, my pc is set for PST. If I use the CME FX session as it is, will NT automatically compensate for the 2 hour time zone difference (CST vs PST) or do I have to create a special session that reflects the time zone on my pc that I am actually trading?

Thank you for your note.

NinjaTrader charts will use your local time zone.

In this case, the CME FX start time at 5pm CST, this will be 3pm PST on your chart.

Great, so NT auto-adjusts to make sure even though my local chart says 3 pm, the session will switch over at 3 pm my time, 5 pm the session editor time in CST. Don't want to beat a dead horse here, just want to make sure I understand the behavior so I can properly build my charts.

Yes, that is correct, when the exchange starts a new session at 5PM CST, this will show as 3PM PST, your local time.
