    Rithmic demo connection

    hello

I just try to connect a rithmic demo with your detailed connenction guide:

Unfortunetely I do not get the option to choose Rithmic as the new provider like it ist pictured in the guide.

In my case there ist no possibility for this - you can see in the attachement.

    How to configurate it?

    Thanks for help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Your license is not enabled for Rithmic. Please send a note with your license and the request to enable it for Rithmic to sales at ninjatrader dot com and they will regenerate your license and make Rithmic available for you.

      Thank you.
      Further one question here:
I am going to update my lifetime-licence to a multi-broker-one these days.

--> Will it get enabled to all providers (automatically included Rithmic) then?

        Hello,

By the looks of the screenshot you had included it seems that you have a Single Broker license. This means that Rithmic will replay Zen-Fire as a provider.

You will not have all supported providers included.

To have this available you would need to upgrade to the Multi Broker license.

Sounds good, I will await the files.

Yes, there is no option in the Rithmic connection wizard to specify a demo connection.
