    Cannot route the order at this time

    Hi

    I have a problem on Eurex market (FGBL, FESX) when i want to sent order.

    on my log it is : CQG Cannot route the order at this tim affected Order

    but the market is of course open !!!

    enclosed the log.

    Please try disconnecting and reconnecting to CQG.

    So I may look further into this, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your log and trace files for today.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    The log file will be named "log.20140124.txt"
    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20140124.txt"

      Any Findings about that problem.

      I experience the same with CQG and FDAX, FGBL, FESX, MDAX, ... all the EUREX futures!

              With the help of my broker we figured out what the problem was. It's not NinjaTrader.
              The problem is corellated with EUREX's incapability to accept orders having a TIF set to GTC and not DAY. The definition was attached to my ATM's. When switching from GTC to DAY everything just works fine.

              I may suggest that the module issuing the error message should be more specifc as it probably could tell the real reason of the error in more detail!

                thanks for the suggestion.

                For anyone in the future who reads this thread, my solution was a little different:

                AMP, my broker, discovered that my account was not quite properly setup - owing to the fact that my account is actually 2 or 3 years old and hasn't been used in over a year. The login details were enough to connect to ninja and set to "live", but would not actually route an order.

                They are sorting it now.
