Ticks charts not updating correctly

Hi,
My tick charts on any number of ticks are not updating correctly (ZenFire, NT 6.5.0.10 I use mainly 89T chart). They are building slower sort of like range bars. It has been fine until today and seems that all the other charts are ok. I have repaired the DB, restarted, reconnected, rebooted etc. and still the same.

Please let me know what I can do and if anyone else have similiar problems today.

Hi veetek,

Ninja charts plot in real time from what the computer is processing. If your computer isn't able to keep up, you can experience this behavior. You would have to reload from historical data to get correct data. "Normal" computers can't keep up with the huge volume during volatile periods, which was today with the interest cut.

I suggest to check tomorrow if this behavior persists.

Thanks Jason, I will check it tomorrow. It has never happend before even on FED days. I have a high end machine with 3GB RAM Terabyte drives etc. Let me know if you have any other suggestions. Simply the ticks are not reacting, building quickly with the market and comparing to other traders machines appear not as often reminding range bars.

I have reset the DataBase, but the main problem was that I have not updated to June YM futures and it was running on March expiration which was much slower.
