    Mirus again!! What's wrong with these guys?

    I was with Mirus/Zenfire and RCG.

    After all the problems when Mirus contacted me about transferring the account to Dorman, I was told that if I didn't reply my account would get transferred automatically. So I replied immediately, to both Mirus and RCG. I said clearly that I wanted to stay with RCG and not move to Dorman.

    I then exchanged emails with RCG who sent me a form to fill and sign if I wanted to keep the account with them. I signed and returned the form on time. They confirmed receipt and sent me login details (which I haven't used yet)

    Today I get an email from Dorman with my daily statement saying I was introduced by Mirus Futures. What the hell?!

    Thanks for the post.

    Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you here. It's best to contact Mirus and ask them about the statement.

        you are not alone

        just found out the same Instamess

        I had just sent a funds transfer form to Amp

        they must have been told by RCG and the Amp guys shovelled the transfer request to Dorman

        this is a case study in how to mismanage a mismanagement

        no communications from mirus of course

          And these folks seem to have been hands down the most popular NinjaTrader broker until this debacle? One wonders how they managed to do that.

            Mirus finally replied to say that the email was a mistake.

            10 minutes later they send me another automated email on how to convert my account!
