After all the problems when Mirus contacted me about transferring the account to Dorman, I was told that if I didn't reply my account would get transferred automatically. So I replied immediately, to both Mirus and RCG. I said clearly that I wanted to stay with RCG and not move to Dorman.
I then exchanged emails with RCG who sent me a form to fill and sign if I wanted to keep the account with them. I signed and returned the form on time. They confirmed receipt and sent me login details (which I haven't used yet)
Today I get an email from Dorman with my daily statement saying I was introduced by Mirus Futures. What the hell?!
