    no IB Data provider

    NT (sim) 7.0.1000.21 - IB TWS 938.1
    there is no IB when I try to add a new data connection; multiple others are available.
    How to connect?

    Hello,

    Most likely your license key is not enabled for Interactive Brokers.

    Please send a note to Support[At]NinjaTrader[Dot]Com.

    Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.

    Include you license key, this can be found from the Control Center -> Help -> License Key.

      For anyone viewing,

      I wanted to provide an update, issue was Anti-Virus/Firewall blocking NinjaTrader from accessing the Licensing servers.

      If NinjaTrader cannot access the licensing servers, many options will be disabled.

      Solution was found by Temporarily disabling the Anti-Virus/Firewall software and restarting NinjaTrader.

      Furthermore, adding the following locations to the safe or exception lists for both Anti-Virus and Firewall.
      C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7
      \Documents\NinjaTrader 7
      CameronNinjaTrader Customer Service
