RTH vs ETH

I have here a screenshot of daily charts6E 03-14.

The leftside is with template CME FX Futures RTH, the rightside is with template CME FX Futures ETH.

But the charts are the same, I guess the ETH chart is not showing the overnight session.. What's the problem here? I want to include the overnight session in my daily charts.

The purpose of a session template is

- to apply a time filter to intraday data
- to determine the start and the end of the trading day

You cannot apply any session templates to daily data. The daily data is supplied from your data provider and downloaded to the historical data base of NinjaTrader "as is". If your daily data provider supplies ETH data (case DTN/IQ or Zenfire), then your daily chart will show ETH bars. If your daily data provider suppliers RTH data (case Rithmic or CQG) then your daily chart will show RTH bars.

A workaround is to set up a 1440 min chart. The session templates will apply and you will see a difference between ETH and RTH charts.
