    Unable to connect to Rithmic

    Hi there,

    I've recently updated to Ninja 21 & due to zenfire being down I have had to find a new connection. Unfortunately, I tried to use rithmic and ninja doesn't give me the option of adding rithmic only, zenfire, google, iq feed, yahoo, barchart, esignal, kinetic.

    strangely even when I connect with kinetic it doesn't update the charts. It doesn't load the candles and such (I have checked to make sure that my contracts are up to date).

    can anyone help me?

    Thank you for your note.

    1) Your license key may not be enabled for Rithmic.
    Please send a note to Support[At]NinjaTrader[Dot]Com.

    Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.


    Include your license key, this can be found from the Control Center -> Help -> License Key.


    2) Are you connecting to the Kinetick End of Day feed?
    The Kinetick End Of Day (Free) connection will only provide you with daily inteval charts.

    To create a new chart with a daily interval go to File> New> Chart

    Select an instrument and press New at the top right change Type to Day, Week, Month, or Year

    Select OK and a daily interval chart will load.

      unable to connect to Rithmic

      I cannot connect to Rithmic.
      Using Global Futures/Rithmic
      I have been using it for several weeks now since the Mirus problem.
      This has happened before and clears up on its own.
      What is the problem today?
      What can I do to connect now?

        Hello,

        We have not heard reports of Rithmic being down for other NinjaTrader users or from Rithmic.

        Do you receive an error message when you try to connect?

        If so, what is the message?

            Is this a Demo account or a live account?

            If it you are receiving this message on a Demo account, it could be that your demo has expired.
