Help with crossover cell condition

Hello everybody!
I need a little help setting up the following condition.
Basically I want the cell to flash when the Williams%R has recently crossed above the -75 value from below. With recently I mean the same day or 2-3 days ago, but the most important thing is that it warns me about the indicator having crossed the -75 value FROM BELOW. Is it possible without any custom indicator, but just using the settings in the Market Analyzer?
