Rogue ATM orders

    Rogue ATM orders

    I've been testing a strategy which uses the ATM strategy methods for management. During my my testing I've submitted dozens of ATM orders etc. Now, I seem to have a couple of orange colored unfilled ATM orders on the chart that I cannot seem to get rid of. The 'X' button will not cancel them, nor Right click->Cancel all orders, nor the 'Close' buttons. Any ideas?

    Is this within your Sim101 account? If so, please perform the following to resolve:

    Control Center --> Tools --> Options --> Simulator Tab --> Click 'Reset'.

      No, these orders appear on other accounts. I restarted NT and logged in to my IB account and they are still there.

        Hello,

        It looks like you might have ghost orders. You may wish to check with IB to ensure the orders are not working. The ghost orders will flush out after the IB server reset this evening.

          I dont think that's the issue. I am now connected to my Mirus trial account, and these orders are still there. Must be ghost order within NT.
