Import Failed

I have been getting this error when trying to import the OFA (Order Flow Analytics) plugin. Any suggestions what to do. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Based on the content of the error message it appears that this .zip file is corrupt in some way. I would recommend that you try deleting your existing copy and downloading again.

I think its the PFA file that corrupted it. How can I get rid of the PFA file?

Hello,

The error message indicates that the .zip file itself which you are attempting to import from is corrupt. I recommend deleting that .zip file and downloading a new copy as the new copy is unlikely to include the same type of corruption.

Okay..I re-downloaded and re installed and got the same message. Any other suggestions? thx
