NT / Continuum

I'm trying to simulate a strategy using this connection.

But when I run the strategy (with a live open position) the stop order of the strategy is rejected and I receive the this message (see attachment)

I'm simulating with the account sim101, and everything looks like fine (the connection is Ok, I receive real time and historical data, etc). The strategy is Ok too.

What can I do to solve it?

Hello Plaket,

The error indicates no realtime data is received for the instrument you try to trade. If you select the instrument in question in the Control Center-->Orders-tab, do you receive realtime data?

Try the following. Please disconnect Continuum and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader, connect to Continuum and check if you receive realtime data and if you can trade.

You are right. When I connect to continuum all data are download properly but I can not receive real time data.

I did the reset of the instruments but I still have the same problem. What can i do to solve it?

Do you see any error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab that indicate realtime data is not enabled for the instrument in question? If so, please contact your broker and check if they can enable realtime data. Unfortunately we cannot do this on our end.
