GC and CL realtime data from Kinectick

Hello,

I'm experiencing problems with realtime data for GC and CL contracts.
No realtime data, but when I use "Reload all hist. data" - it is updated.
Other futures contracts like 6E, ES - seems ok.
Give me a guess...

Hello ivan_skr,

Can you please disconnect Kinetick and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive realtime data.

If not, you likely do not subscribe to GC and CL data with Kinetick. You can make changes to your Kinetick subscription at the link below.
