Can't switch to SIM because of 2 strategies running?

    Can't switch to SIM because of 2 strategies running?

    Some mins ago NT was crash and now when i try to switch to global simulation mode tis message appears :
    YOU HAVE 2 RUNNING STRATEGY ON LIVE ACCOUNT.
    YOU CAN'T SWITCH TO GLOBAL SIMULATION MODE.

    But i checked and i haven't any order or strategy active.

    What happens ?

    You may try follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database to resolve this.

    * Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    * From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    * Select the "Data" tab
    * Press the "Repair DB" button
    * Press the "OK" button
    * Restart NinjaTrader

    Let us know if you are not able to enable Global Simulation Mode.

        Then you may need to reset your database file to try to resolve this. You may follow the instructions below to reset the NinjaTrader database.

        * Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
        * From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
        * Select the "Data" tab
        * Press the "Reset DB" button
        * Press the "OK" button

        The following data will be removed:
        * Historical orders
        * Historical executions
        * Historical ATM strategy data

        The following data will be maintained:
        * ATM strategy templates
        * Historical chart data

        Please note that this may take several minutes depending on the size of the file itself.

        Let us know if you are not able to enable Global Simulation Mode after the reset.

            Same issue

            Same issue here, error "five running strategies", switch to global SIM impossible.

            Question: having the historical execution etc. removed if I follow you instructions - how will I get this information back afterwards?

              Hello RonnyKeller,

              The only way to get back the Historical Executions would be to either restore your database file from a backup or manually add the Trades back inside of the Execution Tab.

                Would you please specify what exactly has to be restored? Do I have to restore a complete Ninja-Backup? Or can I just restore a file e.g. from my Yesterday's standard PC-Backup?

                  Hello Ronny,

                  Thank you for your response.

                  You could right click on the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db folder and select Previous Versions and then restore to that as it will restore the database that holds the historical trades.
