I have just bought a new laptop with windows 8.1. I have installed NT with Kinetik and IB is the Primary Broker.
The issue I am having is with the connection to Kinetik dropping every minute or so.
I'm pretty sure it is not the wifi as I have the same problem if I used a wired connection to my router.
Also I have an older laptop and Desktop PC (both Win7) that have no connection issues.
I don't think Ninja is causing the issue, (IB platform is also affected) but I am at a loss as to identify the real issue here and wondered if anyone can help.
