    AMP/CQG connection repeatedly lost: no audio alert

    Hi,

    Something disturbing happened to me last night while I slept...



    I woke up and immediately noticed the position of my orders didn't look right at all (in the context of my strategy). I checked my log and saw that my connection has been cutting out every few seconds/minutes all throughout the night, and my strategy was in fact disabled hours ago. I'm lucky I didn't lose any money.

    What worries me is that at no stage did I receive any audio alerts, despite having ticked the box for "ConnectionLost".

    Ideas?

    Appreciate any help

    Hello spearchew,

    Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, AMP/CQG connection repeatedly lost: no audio alert' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.
