    Login Failed Invalid Username or Password Error

    I'm continuously getting this error when trying to connect to CQG and Rithmic.

    I've updated my NT7, and restarted multiple times. nothing changes.

    Hello mattismyth,

    Please contact the broker that provided you the username and password and check if they are still valid. Unfortunately I cannot check this on my end, because we do not provide such information.

      it's still valid. it just won't let me connect....

        Hello Matthew,

        The error message you experience states it is not valid. Did you check this with the broker that provided you the username and password. Demo connections are only valid for 2 or 3 weeks.

        Please send me your Config.xml file if your broker states the username and password are still valid.

          I have been having the same problem every time my free demo account expires that lasts 14 days. So in order to solve this I got a new username and password valid from CQG, but everytime I try to connect with this new user and password, a sign appears saying that username or password is incorrect. Logon failed out.
          I do not know what it could.
          If only you could provide me with some solution I would really appreciate it.
