Kinetick EOD did not update data today

Hello Ninja Team,

Kinetick EOD did not update data today and
Data in each symbol is missing after 2/26/2014 to present. It was there when I updated 3/5/2014 .

About shows I use:
Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.10

and
Licensed providers:
Collective2
IQFeed
ESignal
External

Was not Kinetick listed here too? I never noticed before to take note of this.

Computer system clock is at correct date and time.
Computer internet conection has been working all day

I was able to update a few symbols with import successfully

Any ,way to correct this problem?

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please shut down NinjaTrader then update to the current 7.0.1000.22 release via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration

After installing, please sync your PC's clock:
Please use the steps below to change your Time Zone and sync the PC clock, note to set the server to time.nist.gov.
You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Press 'Change time zone...' Set the Time zone and press 'OK'.
Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.


Finally, restart NinjaTrader and reload your charts. If you find that data is still missing, please let me know which instruments you are charting as I would need to test the same symbols here.
