Reassigning Hot keys

Hello,
I'm trying to reassign hot keys. Specifically I tried reassigning the Text from F12 to Shift+Z. I get an error message that says "Shift+Z is not a valid short cut".
What gives?

Thank you for your forum post.


This key combination is reserved for the Windows operating system, and cannot be assigned to hot keys within NinjaTrader.


Shift + Z will create a capital Z.


It may be possible to disable the Shift + Z Windows key combination but that would need to be done via a 3rd party program or within Windows if possible.

With that being said, you can troubleshoot using Shift + Control + Z
