Can't connect to NinjaTrader and live feed. Forex

    Can't connect to NinjaTrader and live feed. Forex

    I have tried ESignal and Barchat.com ,but both times I get invalid username. Can someone link me to a datafeed that works with no hassle, this is rather frustrating.

    This error message would trigger with a BarChart based connection only so I would recommend that you try setting the eSignal connection up again. In terms of the BarChart connection, your account is likely not ready to be used with NinjaTrader. Please contact BarChart and inform them that you would like to use their service with NinjaTrader so that they can make the required changes to your account.

      OK, now I am getting an error message when trying to connect to eSignal, it says that 'IMPLODE.dll' is missing and that I need to re-install. I have tried this on 3 different PC's with the same result. Is there something wrong with the NinjaTrader platform code?

        This message indicates that eSignal 10.6.2124 was not installed per the instructions in our connection guide. Please download and install eSignal 10.6.2124 via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...tion-Guide.php

          Thanks, forgot to re-install that after I uninstalled everything and installed it again.

          But, I get and error message that states that NT can't connect to international server host???

          Any ideas?

            Hello,

            This general error message indicates an issue with the connection's setup. Please remove and recreate the connection.

                There is something incorrect with the username or password which is being used based on the errors you've reported. Please recreate the connection again.                   Hi Kyle,

                  OK, I re-installed eSignal and changed my user name and password. Same problem.

                  I am assuming that the Ninja Trader Short cut that does not say '64-Bit' is the 32 bit version?

                  BTW, I am based in Japan if that matters?

                  I think I will email you at NT dot com.

                        Correct, the shortcut without 64 bit is the 32 bit version of NT7.

                        Have you emailed in? If you do it would be great if you could use the Help > Mail to support function so we could review your log and trace files for diagnostic purposes.
