"unable to connect to level2 server" for E-signal

I have successfully installed Ninja trader (sim mode) and have it working well on one computer.

However on my one at work I get an error message when I try to connect to E signal ie Login failed, Unable to connect to level2 server.

Not sure if I am behind a fire wall but on installation I did unblock ninja trader according to a pop up window in windows XP.

    any ideas what to do?

          Al,

I deleted your last post. Was a bunch of garbage text. You might want to repost.

In step 6 I entered my username and password given to me by eSignal

I kept all server defaults: CM*.esignal.Com

            Is this ok?

              No.

You are not subscribed to level 2 and tick data, remove the server information from these sections.

Invalid password I suspect. Make sure the password is correct in your eSignal datamanager.
