chart doesn't load data properly.

Hi there.

I'm trying to open new charts but the chart doesn't load the data properly.
I'm using Iqfeed.
In the attachments the chart and the loaded data.What should I do?

Hello Rob,

Your screenshots show you receive a price of 175.00 for the ES 03-14 for today.

Please note that the ES rolled over to the 06-14 expiry yesterday. You can find instructions to rollover instruments at the link below.

Do you notice the same issue in the ES 06-14 chart? If so, does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

Btw.ES 3-14 is still traded. Till next friday? So why is the chart no more available? Or do I make a mistake?

The ES 03-14 is still being traded, however most volume moved over to the 06-14 expiry.

I am not quite sure when it will be expired. I suggest to check the CME website at the link below.

If you create a new chart for the ES 03-14, do you still experience the issue? If so, you must be loading a bad tick from IQFeed. You can delete the bad tick in the Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. Please see the link below for instructions.
