Change contract of currently running strategy

Hello.
How can I change a contract of my currently running strategy?

I use 8 instruments with 5 different parameters of the strategy for each day. It took some time to add all these instruments, days and params.

It's very uncomfortably and and ability to make mistakes when I need to remove old strategy, add new chart with a new contract, add strategy to that chart.

Maybe there is another way how to do that?
For instance - right click on already running strategy, choose 'Change contract' and select necessary one.

Hello romulko,

Unfortunately you will need to disable your strategy and subsequently apply it on the new expiry month. It is not possible to change instruments for a running strategy. You can apply the strategy directly in the Control Center-->Strategies-tab. See the link below for instructions.

You can save the strategy parameters as follows. Right click in the gird with the parameters and select 'Set Default For *strategy name*'. Each time you will apply the strategy, it will use the same settings.

Also group the 8 instruments in one group. At the end of expiry, go to the strategy tab -> apply your strategy to the whole instrument group and just change the parameters for each instrument in strategy tab. This works out to be fast.
