I have this problem with my own laptop: I've tried to connect Ninja with my demo credentials, but I've received an error of invalid login or password.
For this reason, I've asked CQG for new credentials.
After I've received the new credentials, I've set my account connection using these new ones, but I'm still receiving back an error of invalid login or password.
Also the license number i try to insert, send me a message of back code error
What should I do?
I use Ninja demo in office and there I don't have any problem at all and, in this moment, the office Ninja is shut down (there isn't a problem of double connection)
