    Failed MB Trading connection attempt

    I have been trying to get my MB Trading demo connection working. I talked with support at MB Trading and have everything setup on their end exactly as they said was required to connect to Ninja Trader. I went through all the steps in the connection guide on the Ninja website. Now, when I select MB Trading in my connections, I get an error message box that says---

    Login failed: Most likely you do not have installed the
    recommended version of MBT Navigator.

    Please download from www.ninjatrader.com

    Exception: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with
    That is all I have to go on. Does anyone know what I need to do to get Ninja connected to my MBT demo?

    Did you download MB Navigator from MB Trading's website or from the NinjaTrader Connection Guide?

    What version of MB Navigator do you have installed?

      I just downloaded the MBT Desktop software, and ran it successfully. Then tried Ninja again. This time I did not get the error message. The problem now is, the little connection box in the lower left just says "Connecting - MBTrading", but won't actually connect. It has been like this for several minutes now.

        Alright, after waiting about 10 minutes or so, I forced ninja to close because it was locked in a "connecting" cycle. I uninstalled the MBT Desktop, and am going to try the MBT Desktop Pro to see if maybe that makes a difference.

            I have no idea. The MBT Desktop Pro version is 2.2.0.52. The Ninja Trader is whatever the most recent version available is. I have not seen anywhere to download a "MB Navigator"

              Argh! Nevermind...... I missed the MB navigator download link on the MBT setup page. Downloading it now.

                Hello,

                NinjaTrader requires a specific version of MB Navigator to function correctly (11.9.0.44). This version can be downloaded from the Connection Guide linked below.

                Look for the link that says download after the sentence "NinjaTrader™ 7.0.1000.11 or later: You must have MBT Navigator Version 11.9.0.44 installed - Download".
