    data updating problems

    Hello,

    updating my charts with esignal dont work anymore. After connected to esignal all charts of my workspace dont show any bars. i am using ninja 6.5.10.

      Er2 06-08 3 min, 5min, 610 v
      Er2 ##-## daily, 5 min, 1597 v

      Furthermore dataloading and restoring workspace takes a long time. After closing ninja it showed me a meesage that it has some problems which are stored in a trace file which I should send to you. Where can I find this trace file?

        Hi Joker,

        Can you give this a try. Disconnect from eSignal and then from the Control Center --> Tools --> Options --> Misc Tab --> click 'repair DB'.

        Let me know if that works for you.

          That has not helped really. (Additionlal to db repair I deleted the hist. data from today).Some charts can be seen now but not all. the 3 min chart is not available furthermore a vendor indicator is only be seen partly on the 610 v. And now I have to recognize that I can not close the indicator window. Ninja did not react anymore. So i had to close ninja via task manager.

            What you are experiencing is probably due to indicator issues. Please remove all indicators from your charts and try again.
