I see on evey forum people disscussing the historical data needs for trading.But what is historical data userful anyway?Why do i need the historical data and what to do with it?Sorry for the noob Q.

Historical data is any data that took place in the past. Historical data is used for things like finding indicator values.

As I'm having trouble coming up with example scenarios let's take a look at the functions themselves:
Importing allows us to add data to NinjaTrader.
Exporting allows us to create copies of the data which we have loaded in NinjaTrader.

Ok but why one need to add a historical data to Ninja Doesn`t it have it its own?

No - NinjaTrader is not a broker or a data provider. The software does not include data.
