    CL still missing data!

      It should be fixed now. We switched to a backup server where the missing data is available. To switch to the backup server, please restart NinjaTrader. Subsequently when you connect to CQG or Continuum, it will connect to the backup server. You can double check this in the Control Center-->Log-tab. It should list DS1 instead of DS10 or DS11.

      If the missing data is not loaded initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

          After re-connecting 20 times and missing the whole price action the RTH - 60min ES is updated, this is why I will never EVER ! recommend this product

            SFE (Sydney Future Exchange) data is not loading up.
            ZN daily data not loading up

            other info:
            Using CQG Data feed
            contracts mentioned are June 2014 expiry contracts

              Hello edcala,

              What period type do you have selected in the SPI 06-14 chart? When I test a daily SPI 06-14 on my end, I am able to load data. I load data in a daily ZN 06-14 chart as well. Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

                ZN daily and intraday data is working now

                SPI, XT, YT Daily data is working as well,
                but intraday is not loading

                  Unfortunately historical data is not supported for these instruments. You are able to load historical daily data, because we switched to a backup server. The backup server was recording historical daily data for these instruments up to 2/27/2014.

                    Im not sure what you mean by historical data not being supported. I'm assuming u mean there is no support for continuous month to month historical daily data (as opposed to daily data only for the specific calendar contract), which seems to be showing today as a result of the backup server.

                    What of the live intraday data? This was working before since I've started using Ninja since Oct 2013.

                      Are you saying you were able to load historical data in minute or tick charts for these instruments before? When was the last time you were able to load historical minute or tick data for the SPI, XT and YT?

                        SPI I've never tried
                        XT and YT 1min data has been working since I've been using Ninja back in Oct last year.
                        Was working up until the charts issue today. This is using the CQG data feed.

                        You might be referring to TT data feed, which from experience using another platform, only supports daily data.

                          Thanks for your reply.

                          I have verified that these instruments are not available on the backup historical data server. If you were able to access them previously you will be able to access them once again after this weekends maintenance after the primary server is restored.

                            ES

                            Just realized that I have been missing all historical data from 3/13-3/20 on the ES which has completely f'd up my trendlines on all longer term tick charts. Tried to reload/restart etc and still doesn't make a difference. Awesome.

                                Already tried all that stuff and did it again just now and still missing the data.
