    ALERT: Historical data server

    Hello.

    Seems today (March 28, 2014) we have again an issue with the historical data servers (for NG and TF). The charts are blank for the time period between around 3:20a.m. (European time) and the time of log-in.

    Would be good if someone could test it at your end and if need be alert the Server Team.

    Hello sandman,

    I tested the TF and NG on my end and I experience missing data as well. Data is missing since 10:32 PM EDT as per the TF 06-14. The NG 05-14 is missing data since 10:20 PM EDT. I will send a report to server team. Thank you for reporting.

      Hello,
      there is also no data for FGBL, 6B and 6E.(Continum/Mirus)

              Can you please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect to CQG or Continuum. Check if the missing data is loaded. We switched historical data servers. Upon testing on my end, I was able to load the missing data for the affected instruments: 6B, 6E, NG, TF, FGBL and Z.

                Hi - I am missing data for NQ, CL , ES from 03/22 up until 16:00 MST yesterday I am on Continuum

                I just logged on and have tried to refresh but still missing

                  Hello gwho13,

                  I tested CQG on my end and I experience missing data as well. Data only starts at 4:00 PM MST as per yesterday - 3/27. Data before this time can be missing up to 3/14, depending on how much historical data you have saved in NinjaTrader.

                  I have sent a new report to our server team. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

                    Data provider

                    Is it specific to CGQ? How about NT with AMP/TTnet connection?

                      TT does not provide any historical data, only realtime data. When you connect to CQG or Continuum, historical data is loaded from our servers.

                          Missing CQG Data for ES

                          I am missing data from 0715 to 1800 on 3/27 for ES.

                              Can you please restart NinjaTrader and check if the missing data is loaded. We have switched to another server.
