Connecting to Interactive Broker
I am trying to connect to Interactive Broker session through Ninja Control Center but unable to to do so. When I press connect option under File menu it provides me an option to enter IB login credentials and starts a session but then it closes the IB session and prompts me to enter login credentials again. It keeps opening and closing IB session and never comes out of the loop.
Could some one help how to resolve this issue? -

Thanks for your post.
Can you tell us what version of TWS you have installed? Can you confirm this is TWS 938.1?
If it isn't, please do the following:
- Uninstall TWS
- Remove your IB account connection in IB
- Exit and restart NT
- Reinstall TWS 938.1 from our website here:
- Recreate your account connection for IB in NinjaTrader by following the instructions from the same page as where you installed TWS
- Connect

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.
In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.
2.) A screenshot of the main TWS window
You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txtChristopher S.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Did you resolve this user's issue? I have the same problem. I try to connect with NT, it asks for my IB login name and password and security card codes, but hangs up in a loop. I am using TWS 944.3C and NT 7.0.1000.23 (Live). I have checked and rechecked my connections, updated to the newest version of NT but it still hangs in a login loop. Thanks for your assistance.

Hello,
Please remove and recreate the connection:
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
