historical data refresh grayed out

hi,
having trouble for some time getting data to refresh.
right clicking on chart shows the "reload historical data" is grayed out.
using AMP/CQG data.
sometimes it seems to reload.
realtime data works good.
i get these two messages in the log.
"Unable to load server side config file. underlying connection is closed unexpectedly"
CQG.Adapter subscriber market data resolve. metadata for F US DA6 H14 has invalid contract number. contact cus service" .
not a new problem. it used to refresh.
i sometimes use IB as source for data.
i have restarted ninja,
deleted files in docs/ninja7/db/cache.
i have repaired db,

I think that it is not getting out thru a port for some reason, some one said cqg uses port 80 and port 81 ? is that true?
is there a way to change which port is used for data ?
