Naked Position - Apply Managed Stragety?

Question - Can you apply a managed strategy to an open (naked position) within NT V5?

Reason - the other day I had a weird experience, my order was partially filled and the managed strategy was applied my parital order went to the defined profit target and was filled, I think at the same time this was all happening the price fell and the other half of my order was filled BUT the other half of my order that was filled after the first half was left naked and open with no predefined stop or target to the lot.

    Hi,

This is currently not possible in NT5. You can however protect your position. This is what you need to do when you have an open position:

    - Set strategy to<none>
    - right click in the DOM and enable OCO order
    - Then place a limit order where you want to exit at a profit
    - Then place a stop order where you want to exitat a loss
    - Then right click again and disable OCO order

On a somewhat related function.........I know I've asked B4 but cant seem to get it right on V5........When I scale into a position and have a new average entry price(add to a loser) I usuallythen scratch the extras at new average price. ....how can I reset my strategy (bracket orders& trailing increments/targets)to the new average price AFTER I've scratched (returned to original quantity)my added positon at average entry.
